Iberdrola's selection process is supervised by the People and Organisation department in order to ensure that it is managed from a diversity and inclusion perspective to guarantee not only equal opportunities but also the reinforcement of an inclusive culture.

    You will receive an email or a call in case our people team confirms that you meet the requirements and that you have the profile we are looking for.

    You will have a preliminary interview with the People team to assess your application in terms of professional skills, motivation at Iberdrola and the position you are applying for.

  • 03Icono de una entrevista práctica

    You will have a second technical interview and a professional-managerial interview (depending on the level of the position) to confirm that you meet the technical requirements of the position and that you fit in with the culture of the team you will be joining.

    If you are selected as a finalist, you will receive an email or phone call from the manager or the local People team informing you of the news and conveying the offer of terms and conditions.

Before starting

At this stage we will not only be in contact to ensure that we have everything ready to welcome you on your first day, but we will also send you information in advance so that you can get to know the Iberdrola Group, our business and, in greater detail, the onboarding process that we will have prepared for you.

Your first day!

We want to give you the best welcome, so your manager, your new team and your buddy will be waiting to welcome you. They will be in charge of giving you the guidance and support you need from your first day, so don't hesitate to share with them any questions you may have from now on.

Your first week!

Your manager and buddy will gradually guide you to get to know our organisation, our culture and your new responsibilities. They will also be in charge of introducing you to other new colleagues with whom you will be working on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, you can count on us to answer your questions and give you feedback throughout this process.

Throughout the first year, you will be able to join our Welcome Sessions to know more about our company and our different businesses, as well as to get to know new colleagues from other areas. In addition, we offer different Training Programmes that will help you to better know our Business and the activity we carry out.
