ESG+F and Sustainability jobs

Build a sustainable future with Iberdrola

Join our ESG, Sustainable Finance and Sustainability team and be part of the green revolution we have been driving for more than 20 years.

Climate change is today's greatest environmental and social challenge. The electricity sector plays a key role in achieving the goal set by the historic Paris Agreement to limit the increase in global temperature to 1.5ºC and to decarbonise the economy through the energy transition.

20 years ago, at Iberdrola, we committed to the energy transition and to integrating sustainability. This commitment is supported by our stakeholders and is reflected in the external awards and recognitions we have received in this regard, as well as in our leadership position in the indices and ratings in which we participate.

This is made possible by the strong team of professionals in charge of ensuring and coordinating the effective integration of ESG+F aspects into the company's operations and decision-making, within the ESG and Sustainable Finance teams.

Are you motivated to work for one of the world's leading sustainability companies? Do you want to help us meet the challenges associated with the energy transition?

Find out about the different company’s job offers in the ESG and Sustainable Finance areas − and be part of a team that is leading the transition to a fairer and more sustainable world.
