Iberdrola: committed to its shareholders
In line with its commitment to shareholders, Iberdrola has defined a shareholder remuneration policy that states that the payout will range between 65% and 75% of the net profit attributable to the company as the parent entity in its consolidated annual accounts. Our strategic plan has set a minimum shareholder remuneration of €0.55 per share for the year 2026.
In 2010, Iberdrola launched the "Iberdrola Dividendo Flexible" programme, which was replaced in 2018 by the "Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" system. For more information, click here.
