Our purpose is to develop the leaders of tomorrow, professionals who, through the knowledge acquired in the programme, will be able to reach their full potential and occupy positions of responsibility in the future to continue building a sustainable energy transition together.

What are we looking for?

This programme is for recent graduates or people with one to two years of experience and includes a global rotation of up to six months in any of the countries where we operate and where there is a challenging project for the graduate.

We open positions in all areas of the organisation but place special focus on the following:
