"Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" results

Iberdrola shareholders representing 69.54% of the share capital have elected to receive free newly-issued shares of the company in this edition of the "Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" optional dividend system.

Iberdrola will issue 76.31 million new shares, which entails a 1.199% increase of the share capital.

Additionally, shareholders representing 30.46% of the company's share capital have elected to receive cash by means of the Interim Dividend of 0.231 gross euros per share. As a result, Iberdrola will disburse a total amount of 447.74 million euros for the payment of the Interim Dividend corresponding to the fiscal year 2024.
