"Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" results

Iberdrola shareholders representing 67.70% of the share capital have elected to receive free newly-issued shares of the company in this edition of the "Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" optional dividend system.

Iberdrola will issue 124.25 million new shares, which entails a 1.99% increase of the share capital.

Additionally, shareholders representing 32.30% of the company's share capital have elected to receive cash by means of the Supplementary Dividend of 0.351 gross euros per share. As a result, Iberdrola will disbursed a total amount of 707.43 million euros for the payment of the Supplementary Dividend corresponding to the fiscal year 2023.
