Iberdrola has received recognition from AENOR for its commitment to sustainable energy generation in quality, the environment, asset management and occupational health and safety in accordance with regulations’ and standards’ requirements.
The overarching declaration received from AENOR brings together the nearly 50 certificates Iberdrola has been awarded by six different entities (AENOR itself, which has awarded Iberdrola more than 30 certificates, LRQA, Bureau Veritas, Eurocert, TÜV and ANAB), in relation to its onshore wind, offshore wind, photovoltaic, hydro, batteries, combined cycle and nuclear power generation.
In granting this accreditation, the Aenor audit team has considered the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015, EMAS, UNE-ISO 55001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards
