Iberdrola, through its US subsidiary Avangrid, just graduated the second class of technicians trained at Avangrid's National Training Center (NTC), who are now ready to begin their careers in renewables. 

Recently graduated and recently hired by the company, they are a vivid example of the opportunities provided by innovative and specialised training in green jobs. In this case, they are professionals from wind projects operated by the energy company in three different states, who have attended two and a half weeks of technical and safety training at the facility in Sherman County, Oregon.
