Iberdrola, through its Brazilian subsidiary Neoenergia, has already brought on board the sportswoman Ana Marcela as a women's sports ambassador in its ambassador programme, whose focus is on promoting gender equality and boosting Brazilian women's sport.

Ana Marcela Cunha, the first Brazilian woman to win Olympic gold in open water, also wants to win gold at the next Paris 2024 Olympic Games. To fulfil this dream, the athlete counts on the support of Neoenergia – which will help her to raise the quality of her preparation for competitions in France.
