Iberdrola invests €250 million in its third photovoltaic plant in Extremadura, the Ceclavín plant, which a total installed capacity of 328 megawatts.
Through its subsidiary in Spain, Iberdrola group has begun commissioning the Francisco Pizarro project, which, with its 553 MW installed capacity, will provide clean energy to 334,400 homes a year and will become the largest photovoltaic plant in Europe.

Iberdrola has commissioned its largest plant producing green hydrogen for industrial use in Europe. The Puertollano (Spain) plant consists of a photovoltaic solar plant, a lithium-ion battery system and one of the largest electrolytic hydrogen production systems in the world.
The company, through its subsidiary Iberdrola México Renovables, has built two new photovoltaic power stations in Mexico: Santiago in San Luis Potosí and Hermosillo in Sonora.

We have inaugurated the Baixo Iguaçu Hydroelectric Plant in Paraná, Brazil, which supplies a million people with renewable energy due to its total installed capacity of 350 MW. This facility actively maintains the water balance and guarantees the force of the famous Iguaçu waterfalls.
