The Iberdrola Group is developing its third offshore wind farm in the Baltic, Windanker, with an installed capacity of 315 MW. The company is thus strengthening the Baltic Hub, which will add more than 1,100 MW of installed capacity.
This offshore wind farm, commissioned in 2024, has a total installed capacity of 496 megawatts (MW), capable of generating enough clean energy for 835,000 people.

The state of Connecticut will have a new offshore wind farm now that Iberdrola has been awarded the Park City Wind project. The 804 MW wind farm will supply 14 percent of the state's electricity and avoid emitting more than 25 million tonnes of carbon.
Iberdrola, through Avangrid Power, is participating in the development of an offshore wind farm close to the Outer Banks, off the Virginia and North Carolina coasts (USA). The wind farm will have a total estimated installed capacity of 3,500 MW and will provide 700,000 households with clean energy.

Through our subsidiary Avangrid, Iberdrola has been generating clean energy for months with 80% of the wind turbines at the first large-scale offshore energy facility in the United States, located off the coast of Massachusetts. The wind farm has 650 MW in operation, capable of generating clean energy for nearly 400,000 homes.
Iberdrola Group operates its second major offshore wind project in the Baltic: Baltic Eagle. Located 30 kilometres to the northeast of Rügen island off the coast of Pomerania (Germany), this new 476 megawatt (MW) installation supply renewable energy to 475,000 households.
