And everyone's needs should all be covered equally. Iberdrola has been carrying out strategic actions to ensure diversity and inclusion for its workers, customers and suppliers, and to progress toward being a more diverse and inclusive society in all the countries where we are present.

Iberdrola has collaborated with the ADOP Plan, the Spanish plan to support paralympians, since it was initially created in 2005. The plan aims to provide Spanish Paralympic athletes with the best possible conditions to train and achieve success in the Paralympic Games.

Iberdrola is a benchmark company in the Ibex 35 index in the presence of women in the group's highest management body — with more than a third —, which is proof of our global commitment to gender equality.

Coliving is much more than a student flat or a university hall of residence. It's a new concept of communal living popular with millennials who live and work on their businesses under the same roof. Residents can network and establish synergies to help them with their business projects.

There are barriers on the Internet that affect millions of people with disabilities around the world. These days, citizens with motor, sensory and cognitive difficulties are becoming ever-more dependent on advances in web accessibility to enter the mainstream of educational, economic and social development.
