30 electric bicycles to be raffled among the participants of the 2024 General Shareholders’ Meeting
Shareholders who granted a proxy or voted via the Participation Portal or the Shareholder’s Office telephone number, and met the relevant requirements, were able to enter into the draw.

We celebrated shareholder participation in the 2024 General Shareholders' Meeting with a raffle of 30 Momabikes Ebike-28 Pro electric bicycles with 28-inch wheels, 6061 aluminium frame and rims, hydraulic disc brakes and 48V, 13Ah lithium battery.
Participation requirements in the draw
- Being a registered member of the “OLS - Shareholders’ Club Iberdrola”.
- Voting or granting a proxy at Iberdrola’s General Shareholders’ Meeting 2024 via telephone or via the Participation Portal

Each shareholder was only allowed to participate once and had to provide their name and surname and national identity document (DNI/NIE). Their participation in the draw would be cancelled if any of the details were not valid.
Registration period and winners
Shareholders were able to participate in the draw from 22 March (opening of the Participation Portal and the telephone channel) until 16 May 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
The draw was held before a notary on 5 June 2024 and Iberdrola contacted the winners through the contact channel provided by each participant when registering for the “OLS Iberdrola Shareholders’ Club” (e-mail address or telephone number). See more information about the winners of the draw.
