Engagement Dividend
Shareholders entitled to participate in the 2024 General Meeting received 0.005 euros gross per share
All shareholders entitled to participate in the General Shareholders' Meeting (i.e. with shares registered in their name on 10 May) received € 0.005 gross per share (€ 1 gross per 200 shares) as the General Meeting approved this incentive proposed by the Board of Directors and the quorum of 70 % of the share capital to which it was conditional was reached.

Once again this year, we paid the Engagement Dividend of € 0.005 gross per share (1 euro for every 200 shares) after reaching a quorum of at least 70 %.
