Participation by Holders of ADRs and CDIs
Key instructions for shareholders registered in ADRs and CDIs on receiving information and participating in our General Meeting according to the distinctive features of these programmes.
Registered holders of American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) representing ordinary shares of Iberdrola will receive through The Bank of New York Mellon the agenda of the General Shareholders’ Meeting and the proxi card by means of which they will be able to exercise their voting rights at the Meeting.
Holders of CREST Depository Interests (“CDIs”) representing ordinary shares of Iberdrola will receive from Equiniti the agenda of the General Shareholders’ Meeting and the proxy card by means of which they will be able to instruct the depository of the CDIs to exercise their voting rights in their name at the Meeting.
