Procurement
In Procurement, we execute, in a corporate and centralised manner, the purchase of equipment and materials (except energy), as well as contracts for works and services, and insurance programmes.
Risk management
The main mission of the Risk Management area is to ensure the proper application of the company's Integrated Risk System and the specialised management and supervision of market, credit and financial risks.
Internal audit
In the Internal Audit area, as an internal and independent unit, we ensure the proper functioning of the Iberdrola Group's internal control and risk management systems.
Compliance
In Compliance, we are responsible for the implementation of a compliance system for a preventive culture of "zero tolerance" towards wrongdoing and fraud.

Steps of our selection process

You will receive an email or a call in case our people team confirms that you meet the requirements and that you have the profile we are looking for.

You will have a preliminary interview with the People team to assess your application in terms of professional skills, motivation at Iberdrola and the position you are applying for.

You will have a second technical interview and a professional-managerial interview (depending on the level of the position) to confirm that you meet the technical requirements of the position and that you fit in with the culture of the team you will be joining.
- 04
If you are selected as a finalist, you will receive an email or phone call from the manager or the local People team informing you of the news and conveying the offer of terms and conditions.
